Our Wines
The Seven Mile Cafe's Wine List has been renowned as one of the best available in regional Australia for several years. When the business was purchased by Ian Hunt and Wayne Higgins in July 2006, the Wine List received their particular attention. Their goals were to maintain a comprehensive range, to increase the representation of Australian and New Zealand wines and to improve the "user friendliness" of the list by providing tasting and food matching notes on each wine. Their efforts were rewarded in 2007 when Restaurant and Catering NSW awarded the Seven Mile Cafe the Best Wine List in Northern NSW, taking in the entire region from Port Macquarie north to the Queensland Border and west to Moree.
